This project consists of the renovation and enlargement of an existing house from the sixties. It is located in an incredibly beautiful plot with lots of endogenous vegetation flourishing among the steep slopes. The owners want to rehabilitate it and our proposal suggests a variety of social areas around a double height opened court in order to achieve natural climatization to achieve lower energy costs and a better sustainable performance.
