This project was developed for a group of investors that wanted to create a new type of offer in the region. The shop was built in the Montijo Shopping Center and the main goal was to invite the customers to watch the confection of the pancakes while they where being prepared. A simple metal structure with wooden slats is the basis for the whole intervention. Basically there were only 3 materials: wood, stainless steel, and emerald green surfaces. After a few year this unit was dismantled due to lack of interest from the public in general once this was a “foreign “ product that didn’t attract much people from this region.
