This project consists on a group of 7 townhouses. The plots already existed and we had to stick to the former plan rules having approximately 60sqm on the upper floor and 100sqm on the lower one The landscape view towards West is determinant on the projects design. The projected slab enlarges the virtual size of the main bedroom. At the same time it also protects its residents from direct sun and constant strong winds. The units on the edges have a different composition and are separated from the ground, while the interior ones are all similar. All kitchen areas are opened towards an interior patio that was idealized in order to give natural light to a bedroom on the lower floor.
